Boxosaurus is a free online multiplayer dinosaur survival game. Click Play and you are in. There is no download, no account and no waiting for a lobby.

You hatch as a tiny dino on a shared island full of other dinos. Eat to grow through five stages, from Hatchling to Titan. When something bigger comes looking for you, fight, flee or hide.

Pick your dino

• 🦕 Triceratops: a tough herbivore. Graze on ferns and berry bushes, stick with your herd, and stun attackers with a tail spin.
• 🦖 T-Rex: a slow stalker with a short, brutal sprint, a charge and a huge bite.
• 🐾 Raptor: weak alone, deadly in numbers. Lay eggs in nests to hatch your own pack.

What happens on the island

• Hide and ambush: stand still in tall grass to blend in, then strike when prey walks by.
• Hunt the Titans: whoever takes down a Titan gets a big XP bounty.
• Meteor showers: keep an eye on the sky. Sometimes it rains fire.
• Climb the leaderboard: see how big you can get before something eats you.

Controls

• Move: WASD or arrow keys
• Attack: Space, J or left mouse
• Sprint: Shift (T-Rex: attack while sprinting to charge)
• Raptor pack (roam / stay close): F
• Emotes: 1 to 4
• Mute: M
• Mobile: on-screen joystick and action buttons

Good to know

• Needs an internet connection. Nothing to install.
• Progress lasts one life. Every hatch is a fresh start.
• Plays on desktop and mobile. You can also play directly at boxosaurus.fun.
